Rhymeable support
Write to hello@rhymeable.com. A person reads every message, usually within two working days. Tell us your phone model, the app version (Settings, at the bottom) and what happened.
PRO and subscriptions
- Restore PRO on a new phone: open the PRO screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you paid with.
- Cancel: on iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Rhymeable account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by the store you paid: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or Google Play's order history.
Common questions
- No sound: check the ring/silent switch and the volume, then try headphones. Beats stream the first time you play them, so a slow connection can delay the start.
- Importing a beat: MP3 works best. The tempo is read from the file; if it looks wrong, set it by hand or tap along.
- Recordings stay on your phone. They are not uploaded anywhere.
- Signing in (Apple or Google) is optional. It only backs up your streak and progress so a new phone picks up where you left off.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile > Account > Delete account. Without the app, see rhymeable.com/delete-account.
Other languages
Русский. Пишите на hello@rhymeable.com, можно по-русски. Подписку отменяют в настройках Apple ID (на iPhone) или в Google Play. Восстановить PRO: экран PRO, «Восстановить покупки».
Español. Escríbenos a hello@rhymeable.com, también en español. La suscripción se cancela en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple (iPhone) o en Google Play. Para recuperar PRO: pantalla PRO, «Restaurar compras».
Türkçe. hello@rhymeable.com adresine Türkçe yazabilirsin. Abonelik iPhone'da Apple hesabı ayarlarından, Android'de Google Play'den iptal edilir. PRO'yu geri yüklemek için PRO ekranında «Satın alımları geri yükle».
